The Pre-Degree Programme is an intensive preparatory school for eligibility into first year admission for university degree. The courses of study which are those of the Universities Matriculation Examination (UME) subjects include English Language which is compulsory for all students, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Government, English Literature and Christian Religious Studies.
FUOYE Pre-degree Admission Requirements
Eligible Candidates must possess minimum of 5 Credits in SSCE/NECO at a maximum of two sittings including English Language (for ALL Courses), Mathematics (for Science-based and Social Science-based Courses) and Literature-in-English (Humanities).However, students with deficiencies may apply, provided the deficiencies would have been rectified before the completion of the Pre-Degree Session.
DURATION: The programme normally runs for two (2) contact periods both within nine (9) calendar months.

How To Apply For FUOYE Pre-Degree Admission 2016/2017
To apply for FUOYE Pre-degree admission for the 2017/2018 academic session;
REGISTRATION FEE: Each candidate will be required to pay Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only, excluding bank charges as Registration fee.REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
i. Log on to www.remita.net…
ii. Click on: Pay a Federal Government Agency.
iii. Click on: Pay of MDA and select “Federal University Oye-Ekiti – 1000134” iv. Under Name of Services/Purpose select “PROJECT”. v. In the description field, type in: 2017/2018 Pre-Degree. vi. Enter the amount to be paid which is N10,000.00 vii. Proceed to Payment.
After 24hrs of payment, visit Federal University Oye-Ekiti website http://portal.fuoye.edu.ng/predegree with your Remita Receiver Reference No. (RRR) to continue your registration.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: Candidates are advised to ensure that their application forms are duly and carefully completed.

The closing date for admission for the 2016/2017 academic session is Monday, 9thOctober, 2017.
Entrance Examination Date 2016/2017
The FUOYE Pre-degree entrance examination date is Thursday, 12th October, 2017 at FUOYE Ikechukwu Ifeanacho ICT Centre Behind UBA Bank Ayede Junction, Oye-Ekiti.
General Information & Notice To Candidates
GENERAL INFORMATION:i. Candidates are expected to note that the examination comes up at Ikechukwu Ifenacho ICT Centre, behind United Bank of Africa (UBA), Oye-Ekiti on Thursday, 12thOctober, 2017. Please ensure you print the Examination Slip.
ii. All candidates are required to register for 2018 UTME and score the minimum cut-off mark during the Programme.
iii. All Candidates are required to use valid e-mail addresses and PERSONAL Telephone Numbers.
iv. The forms must be filled and submitted on-line on or before Friday, 26th November 2015.
No downloaded or printed copies of forms will be accepted.
v. Candidates are advised to follow the Application Instructions very carefully and ensure they select the Correct SUBJECTS’ COMBINATION. Failure to do so may adversely affect the Candidate.
