Premier League predictions
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has tipped Merseyside rivals Everton and Premier League new boys Wolves to impress next season.
The former have signed up Marco Silva to guide them into a new era after the shambles that was last season under Ronald Koeman and Sam Allardyce.
The club have signed Watford star Richarlison and are tipped to sign Barcelona duo Lucas Digne and Yerry Mina.
That could see them finish around 7th should Silva hit the ground running but Wolves are also a contender for a top ten spot too.
The Premier League new boys have signed a plethora of impressive players and upon their return to the top league.
Those players include Raul Jimenez, Joao Moutinho, Rui Patricio, Willy Bolly and Jonny Castro.
Now, Jurgen Klopp has tipped both to impress this season.
“Everton is for big things, Wolverhampton can be a surprise,” he explained to
ESPN FC.
“It’s a difficult league, so we don’t have to dream too much and we don’t.”
Strong competition
He has also been talking about his rivals and while Liverpool are improving, so are they.
“Yes our job is to improve the team every year, to improve the football every year and if you do that then the chances become bigger,” he continued.
“But the thing is that the other teams don’t sleep, so Man City are still a fantastic team and United will have again a fantastic team – Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham [too.]
“Tottenham are pretty much complete together, Arsenal, they lost Wilshere, that’s it, and otherwise they only brought players in, so strong side obviously.”
